MPPS Calculation

Our product ES4524M-PoE, the port count is 22 x 10/100/1000 Base-T + 2 Gigabit Combo (RJ-45/SFP) = 24-port GE
1. Switching fabric: 24-port GE * 2 (duplex) = 48Gbps
2. Throughput: 24GE * 1,488,100 = 35.7Mpps
* Throughput @ 1000Base: 1,488,100 pps (64-byte packets)

And the key IC itself, the capability is 48Gbps. So it shows our product is wire-speed/non-blocking.

SNR descriptio

SNR or Signal to Noise Ratio:
Describes the ratio of usable data-signals on your line. You can associate the "signal" with the data traveling across your ADSL-line and the "noise" as the unwanted interference affecting the signal. The higher the number the better for this measurement.

6dB or below is bad and will experience no synch or intermittent synch problems
7dB-10dB is fair but does not leave much room for variances in conditions
11dB-20dB is good with little or no synch problems
20dB-28dB is excellent
29dB or above is outstanding

Besides, the downstream/upstream more higher, the snr value will more lower.
